Our Assembly Hall is situated on the main site and is ideal for sleepovers and weekends away. The Assembly Hall is booked for sole occupancy.

The building can sleep up to 24 - 18 on mattresses (provided) in the main hall and 6 in the bedroom (2 single beds and 2 sets of bunk beds).

There is a fully equipped kitchen with range cooker, microwave, under-the-counter fridge and freezer.

|
There are 3 toilet cubicles within the main toilet facilities, plus an accessible toilet.

There is a shower cubicle within the main toilet facilities, plus an accessible shower within the accessible toilet.

|
The site has a car park with enough space for drop off/collection.

prices & booking conditions
Prices vary depending on whether your group is from Girlguiding Gloucestershire, another youth group or non-profit, or from another organisation. Please check the most up to date fees on the prices page. The minimum hire period is just one night.
You can view the availability of your chosen accommodation online and request a booking via our Hallmaster booking system.
For indoor residential bookings, standard arrival times are after 4pm and departure should be before 4pm. Groups booking beyond these times will be charged the hourly rate for the additional time booked.
All groups staying overnight at Deer Park must have DBS checks in place for the adults in the group.
