During the week, our assembly hall is available as a meeting or training room. We can cater for groups of up to 80 people, depending on your room layout.
Located in in the beautiful village of Cowley, just outside of Cheltenham, we can offer a meeting room with a difference, with the fabulous views and lunchtimes walks that come with being in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. You can also be safe in the knowledge that you are supporting a local charity that provides a safe space that allows girls to have adventures.
We're easily accessed by car from the M5 motorway (junction 11a) and from the A40 from Oxford, with free onsite parking. Cheltenham train station is a 20-minute taxi ride.
Free wifi is available. Refreshments and lunches can be catered for at addition cost.

- You will have use of the kitchen from which you can provide refreshments and/or serve lunch.
- There is a small bedroom which can be used as a quiet space if any of your visitors require this.
- The room has ample tables and chairs.
- There are four toilets within the building, including an accessible toilet.
- A projector and screen can be provided if required. Please note this on your booking.
prices & booking conditions
The meeting/training rooms can be booked on an hourly basis. Please ensure you include any set up and pack down times within your booking. Prices vary depending on whether your group is from Girlguiding Gloucestershire, another youth group or non-profit, or from another organisation. Please check the most up to date fees on the prices page.
