Deer Park is a 30 acre site owned by Girlguiding Gloucestershire and situated in the heart of the Cotswold countryside. Our accommodation options include self-catering buildings with heating for year round use, campsites with shelters and greenfield camping. We have a wide range of on-site activities, plus we are ideally located to access a number of external activities in the local area.
Deer Park DEVELOPmentSince purchasing the main site lease and the new Nancie Bradshaw site and wood in 2023, our development group are working hard to make Deer Park even more exciting and adventurous!
Help us fund the ongoing development:

Lions at largeGirlguiding Gloucestershire have signed up to fundraise for own very own 'little lion' which will be on display during the Lions at Large trail in 2025 across Cheltenham and Gloucester.
We have signed up to take part and fundraise for own little lion cub to be featured in the trail. We need to raise a minimum of £750 for this which will all go to the hospital charity, who are raising money for a new cancer treatment centre in Cheltenham. Once we have hit our minimum target, any money raised over and above this will be split between the hospital charity (60%) and Deer Park development fund (40%). When the trail is over, our little lion will be given 'pride' of place at Deer Park for us to keep forever. Find out more on the county website. |

what our VISITORS had to say
Here's what some of our visitors had to say about their visits
"Highly recommend - we can't wait to go back for more." "Just wanted to thank you for helping and supporting us yesterday - we had a wonderful day. |
"Just a note to say how much Kempsford Brownies enjoyed last night. I think they enjoyed geocaching the most and they soon got to grips with the device. "5th Gloucester Guides had a fantastic evening doing bush craft with Daniel at Deer Park. Fire starting, shelter building, dampers and nettle tea." |
