Deer park development fundGive a one-off or regular donation
In 2023 we secured the purchase of the land at Deer Park. This means we are able to develop it safe in the knowledge that it will belong to Girlguiding Gloucestershire for years to come, seeing a huge number of our own young members, as well as youth groups, schools and charities enjoying the great outdoors and taste of adventure. Funds donated via this campaign will be used purely for the development of the site, including developing features such as a bridge over the stream, activities, toilet/shower block, etc.

Can your unit raise just £30 to help the development of Deer Park, Cowley? The number 30 represents the 30 acres of land at Deer Park now secured by Gloucestershire for the future of Guiding across the county. At £1 per acre, can your girls come up with an imaginative way to raise £30 or more? If all units participate in this challenge and donate £30, it will accumulate to become a substantial sum; making a huge difference to the development project.

friends of deer parkBecome a regular supporter
The Friends of Deer Park are a group of people who believe that Girlguiding make a difference to the lives of girls and young women. They aim to help give girls of all ages more adventures and activities.
Through the payment of an annual donation they assist in caring and providing 'extras' for the continued growth and improvement s of facilities at Deer Park. Membership gives the opportunity to build friendships with other Friends through our events and activites. |
